FAMILY MATTERS

I would love to share with you that our eldest daughter graduates this year. Gee, I do not understand why all the parties and celebrations are well ahead of the final examinations. That sounds backwards to me.
Grad Dinner and Dance was held last Friday, May 19, 2006 at the Vancouver Renaissance Hotel. The graduates all looked amazingly stunning in their "Oscar-like attires". It was a moving, emotional and fun experience for us parents. Another milestone in this beautiful life journey.
Keara is Michelle's best friend and the daughter of our friend James and Jo Hooi. James helped me with the initial marketing for The Tale Of Juliet in Canada and in Singapore. Few weeks after our successful book launching in Singpore he was diagnosed with "terminal pancreatic cancer". Fourty one (41) days later the cancer took over his life. Quite a shock! Life is so precious. No one will ever know when our time here on earth will be up. He is now resting eternally in peace. Your spirit lives on James. Everything happens for a reason. Thank You for sharing your life and friendship with us. Each day, do your best to live your life to the fullest!
